Kamran is a born and raised Torontonian who has extensive knowledge of Toronto’s diverse neighbourhood communities, exceptional marketing and negotiation skills, and a dynamic and infectious enthusiasm for everything that he does. Kamran is currently responsible for the business operations at URBANIS and oversees the implementation of operational and strategic initiatives for the organization.
In an industry that is all about property, Kamran has always focused on people. Kamran’s desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives is what led him to begin a journey in real estate. Purchasing a new home is considered to be one of the largest investment decisions for people, and Kamran is renowned for keeping his clients abreast of all the relevant data that allow them to make the best decisions with both clarity and confidence.
Kamran holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business, where he specialized in Real Estate Finance, Development & City Infrastructure. Kamran also completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Marketing.
Prior to his formal career in Real Estate Sales, Kamran worked in Finance with TD Canada Trust, and as an Interior Design Consultant with Ikea Canada. Kamran has extensive experience with project management, property management, and has also worked on several major home building and remodelling projects. As someone who has worked alongside carpenters, contractors and designers for many years, Kamran is well-versed when it comes to the structural, mechanical and interior finishes of a home.
Kamran’s passion for real estate and his remarkable commitment to helping people is undeniable. His energy and attention to details for buyers and sellers alike, at every level of the market, has helped him create a substantial client network, built largely on repeat and referral business.
